Secondary Purposes

• Sending newsletters related to the Acquire data base and the benefits of being part of it, as well as reward programs that Acquire may offer from time to time.
• Acquire will not provide information on underage individuals, and all the services offered through its platform are intended for individuals over 18 years old, and advertisers previously selected by Acquire.
• Acquire reserves the right to reject any advertising material at any point, remove or edit content, in case of violation of the Terms and Conditions of Use, General Conditions of Services or any policy, terms and conditions of Acquire, third party rights or commission of a crime or any conduct that damages the reputation of Acquire or the customer experience, in case this happens, Acquire will keep your personal information for a period not exceeding 12 months in order to comply with any requirement of Applicable Law, after said period of time, your data will be deleted from our databases.

Transfers of personal data

Personal data will not be transferred to any third party, except that Acquire is acquired by some other duly constituted entity, for which you will be given prior notice so you have the opportunity to make statements in relation to the storage of your data from the buyer.

Application

The request for Refusal of Process, ARCO rights, Limitation and/or Revocation must contain at least: (a) name; (b) indicate whether the request is submitted personally or through a representative, (c) address for all purposes of notifications, (d) telephone; (e) email and indicate if you accept that the notifications we make in relation to your request take effect through the email you provide to us; (f) the clear and precise description of the Personal Data in respect of which you request to exercise any of the ARCO rights or the Negative to the Processing, (g) where appropriate, express declaration to revoke the consent to the processing of your Personal Data; (h) any other element that facilitates the location of Personal Data such as the date they were provided to us, worker number or subject; and (i) the documents that prove your identity and power of attorney if you are a legal representative.

Personality Accreditation.

Remember that in accordance with Applicable Law to process any request made through you o your legal representative, you must identify yourself with an original official document or in the case of legal representatives to prove your personality through their official identification and original Power-of-Attorney which will be returned upon verification.

Rectification requests.

In the case of rectification requests, you must accompany the documents that prove the request and the specific data that you wish to modify. These documents must be submitted in original and copy for verification purposes and the originals will be returned once verified.

Procedure.

Once an application has been submitted, the person in charge will have 5 (five) days to request additional information, in case not additional information is required, he will issue a response in a term not exceeding 20 days. Access to the data will be disclosed, when appropriate, by issuing simple copies.

The response to the request will be made by delivery by physical mail at the address you indicate for this purpose or by electronic documents sent via email to the address you provide in your request and will be effective within 15 business days of the date on which it is resolved.
